How It Works

Please:

Allow a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for individual spa treatment. Massages can be made
the same day with a minimum of a 2 hour notice.

Understand that we will refuse service to anyone with the following.

        -intoxication
        -lesions, skin rashes, or broken skin
        -lewd or inappropriate behavior
        -medical conditions that are contraindicated for spa treatments or massage

Be aware that Bella Vita and all personnel provide services that are NON-SEXUAL. Any requests for
sexual favors or other verbal conduct of the sexual nature will be considered inappropriate. Should
such behavior happen to arise services will cease immediately and the client will bear full amount of
the treatment.

Cancellations:

If necessary, please cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations not made
before 24 hours will be charged 50% of the full price.

Payment:

Master Card, Visa and cash. No checks. At the time of your booking a credit card will be taken to
reserve your reservation.

Hours of Operation:

7 days a week excluding all major holidays. Monday-Saturday 10-8 p.m. and Sunday 11-6 p.m.

Gratuity

A gratuity is left to the clients discretion. You may add it to your credit card or be paid directly to the
therapist in cash.

Please note: Though we get many requests for manicures, pedicures and facials, the current Nevada State
Cosmetology laws prohibit those services on a mobile basis.
